When we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified either when using our website or during Park administration, the data will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page on the website from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. • Park administration
• Marketing; for the distribution of brochures and Park Homes for Sale information
• Internal record keeping, and we may use the information to improve our products and services
• We may periodically send promotional material about changes to our listed Homes for Sale, new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address and/or postal address you have provided.
• We may contact you by telephone on the number/s you provide.

CCTV/ANPR/surveillance imagery 
CCTV (Closed Circuit Television)/ANPR(Automatic Number Plate Recognition)/surveillance imagery may be used in public access areas of The Parks. CCTV/ANPR/surveillance imagery may be monitored by Park staff. CCTV/ANPR/surveillance imagery may be handled by Police or other law enforcement authorities in the event of an incident or following a request by a legitimate authority.
