  • What are our business hours?

    Sales viewings are by appointment. 

    We work normal office hours.  However, often we are out of the office. We may be elsewhere on the Park or out running errands.

  • Are homes available to rent?

    NO sorry.

    Our Parks do not have homes to rent.  

    Our Park homes must be our owners main residence.  Owners are not permitted to rent their homes

  • What are the rules? Are pets allowed?

    YES TO PETS

    Well-behaved dogs and other small pets are allowed at our Parks. For further details please refer to the Park's Rules which are available to download on the Park's individual webpage.

  • Is the Park fully residential?

    YES.

    Each of our Parks hold a full 12 month residential site licence. Details of our site licences may be obtained upon request by email.

  • How much are the fees?

    There is a monthly Pitch Fee 

    Rusty Well Park is £214.22 pcm (From 1st January 2024) 

    Primrose Hill Residential Park is £210.87 pcm (From 18th February 2024) 



    The monthly Pitch Fee is reviewed annually using the appropriate month's CPI (Consumer Price Index) figure.



    Electricity is supplied to each home by the Park.  Individual meters are read and billed quarterly.  The Park is able to secure a favourable rate for the electricity supply because it is buying the power in bulk.



    All other services i.e.Water, Gas and Telephone/Internet are billed by the supplier direct.
